The SteelSeries unit we tested was the TenKeyLess variant, but there’s a full-sized version as well. Our unit also has SteelSeries Brown switches that provide good tactile feedback, and It’s also available in clicky SteelSeries Blue and linear SteelSeries Red switches. On the other hand, the Razer is a full-sized keyboard with lower latency.

I used a K3 Brown for a while, but just switched to a K7 (also low profile) Mint. Mints feel more stiff, they have less of the granular, gray area feel of Browns. It's a bit immaterial because Mint/Banana Split won't fit in an optical PCB but ultimately they are linear switches, so not tactile at all. :)
Other than that, the main difference is the type of switches. Both options use Logitech proprietary switches; the G512 is available with different GX switches, while the G513 uses Romer-G switches. The GX Blue Clicky switches on our G512 unit have a longer pre-travel distance and require more force to actuate than the G513's Romer-G Tactiles.
